WHAT IS ASSISTED LIVING?

Assisted Living is in-home support provided to tenants that live within our Country Manor communities. 

Activities associated with Assisted Living involve basic activities, functional needs, and nursing services, which are administered by trained caregivers. 

SERVICES

All Country Manor Assisted Living clients receive: 
  • Service plans coordinated by an RN Case Manager
  • Access to 24 hour licensed nursing 
  • Wireless Emergency Response Pendant 
  • Daily safety checks
Assisted Living services may also include, but are not limited to:
  • Personal cares (Ex: Dressing, grooming, bathing, personal hygiene, etc.) 
  • Nursing services
  • Medication management
  • Medication administration 
  • Walking and exercises
  • Safety checks 
  • Escorts
  • Housekeeping and laundry

Our Difference

Unlike other facilities, our Assisted Living is a service, not a place. 

Due to our unique design, Country Manor residents are able to stay in their homes, even as they experience health changes. We bring our Assisted Living services to them, in the privacy of their own apartment homes. 

From medical care to personal assistance, Assisted Living services can be tailored to fit unique needs. As needs increase or decrease, so can the care and support being received.
